Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Look For Less app. Please read them. By using the app, you agree to them.
Who we are
Look For Less is run by Sean Gillies, a sole trader based in the UK ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@lookforless.co.uk.
What Look For Less does
Look For Less helps you find clothing and accessories that look similar to an item in a photo, usually at a lower price, from shops across the web. We don't sell anything ourselves. Any purchase you make is between you and the shop, under that shop's terms, delivery and returns policies.
About the results
- Results are found automatically using visual search and AI. They're suggestions, and they won't always be accurate or complete.
- Prices, sizes, stock and delivery are shown as reported by search services and shops. They can change or be wrong, so always check on the shop's website before you buy.
- "Lookalikes" are different products from different brands that look similar. They're not the original item, and they may differ in materials, quality and fit.
- Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Showing them doesn't mean those brands endorse or are connected with Look For Less.
Using the app fairly
You agree not to:
- use the app to find, buy or sell counterfeit goods
- upload photos that are illegal, or that you don't have the right to use
- try to get around search limits, overload the service, or copy or scrape results automatically
- reverse-engineer the app or use it in any unlawful way
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Accounts
You don't need an account to search. If you create one, keep your password safe and don't share it. You can delete your account at any time from the Saved finds screen in the app.
Search limits and paid features
Free use includes a daily number of searches, which we may change. If we offer a paid subscription, its price and features will be shown before you buy. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and you can cancel through your app store account settings.
Affiliate links
Some links to shops may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy something. It doesn't cost you anything extra.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Look For Less running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may update, change or stop features. If we change these terms in an important way, we'll tell you in the app.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Otherwise, because the app is provided to help you search other shops, we're not responsible for:
- products you buy from shops, or the shops' actions
- inaccurate prices, stock or product details provided by others
- losses that weren't foreseeable, or business losses
The app itself
The Look For Less name, logo, design and app are ours. You can use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we use your information.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you can bring any claim in your local courts.
