Common questions

How do I search?

Tap the photo box to take a photo or choose a screenshot. Then pick men's or women's, the item type, your size and budget, and tap Find lookalikes. You can also share a photo or a shop link into Look For Less from another app.

Why do some results look different from my item?

We look for different brands with a similar look, so details, colours and materials can vary. Results are ranked by how closely they match, with the closest first. A clear, cropped photo of just the item gives the best results.

Why is there a daily search limit?

Every search costs us money to run, so free searches are limited each day. Creating a free account gives you more searches than a guest. The limit resets every day.

A shop link didn't work

Some shops block apps from reading their pages. Take a screenshot of the item instead, or press and hold the product photo and share the picture into Look For Less.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a code: type it in and choose a new password. Check your junk folder if it doesn't arrive.

How do I delete my account?

Open Saved finds, tap Delete account under your email address and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and saved finds. You can also email us to ask.

Is the price right?

Prices and stock come from shops and can change quickly. Always check on the shop's website before you buy.
